Payment Method
Bank transfer, cheque, or LC as per contract agreement.
Quotation Validity
Minimum 30 days. Include validity, delivery schedule, and warranty.
Delivery Terms
Material delivery within 5-10 working days to site stores.
Variation
Any change in quantity or specification must be confirmed in writing.
